Ok.. I guess I will tell you. Daily features are more based on luck and timing. Daily awards are given to the submission that has the highest score that day (meaning from 12am to 11:59pm). It just so happened that I submitted mine a bit too late on sunday, and it did not pass judgement until monday. Therefore, I was on the Monday list... and what else was submitted that day? 'Thing-Thing Arena 2'.

'Thing-Thing Arena 2' had a slightly higher score than mine on that day, but by the end of the week (which is wednesday), my score was raised higher than his. This granted me the Weekly User' Choice.

So you see, there are loopholes to animations that dont have many awards but still make it to the top 50. As a matter of fact, the top 50 is one of the only things on Newgrounds that really shows how good a submission is because it is not based on luck or timing.

In conclusion, not all submissions that are on the top 50 have a daily feature award, for example 'Silent Hill 2: CE'. My 'Final Fantasy Jailbreak 1' is #1 of all time because it kept a high score for several days. That and people seemed to like it (for some reason). Hope you took notes, because you will be quizzed on it with no word bank.

P.S. Final Fantasy Jailbreak wont be on the top 50 for very long, believe me. I've had animations there before and they usually dont stay there. Hope that makes you happy! =D
